Intercessory Prayer

POC: Evangelist Willie M. Mays
Intercessory prayer is the act of praying on behalf of others, but goes beyond the “normal” kind of prayer for others. The person is acting as a mediator between God and the person or people, closing the gap between them. This prayer is done fervently, with the intent of God granting the requests in that prayer (so that it is more than just asking or hoping, but actually expecting God to act). It is casting our weakness before God’s strength, and (at its best) having a bit of God’s passion burn in us. Inercessory prayer is every Tuesday night from 6:30-6:55 pm and Fridays (except the first and last Fridays of the month) from 7:00-7:25 pm.

“Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. “
Romans 8:34
